I did not come to yoga for perfection. I came to yoga for understanding, healing, and evolution. Over time I discovered a simple truth: every pain has a psychological message, every stiffness has an emotional root, and every body carries a story. Learning to decode those stories changed my practice and my life. Today I guide people to move better and to live with balance, resilience, and inner strength.
